Two of New Zealand's largest mobile operators propose merging their radio access network infrastructure into a jointly owned wholesale business.
One New Zealand and 2degrees have announced a proposal to combine their radio access networks into a new jointly owned entity. The merged company would manage the antennas and base stations installed on cell towers that form the physical infrastructure of their mobile networks.
