Lewis Gradon, chief executive of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, has been selected as one of 24 finalists in BusinessDesk's second annual CEO Index, which recognises New Zealand business leaders making an impact in their sectors. The company treated 24 million patients with its products in the past year. Gradon told BusinessDesk that tariffs and AI haven't altered the company's expansion plans, noting that F&P Healthcare's business model is fundamentally built around continuous growth.
