Immigration adviser barred for five years over fraudulent conduct with clients
A licensing tribunal has barred an immigration adviser from practice for five years after she continued operating while suspended and defrauded multiple clients.
An immigration adviser has been barred from the profession for five years following a tribunal hearing. The adviser continued working as an adviser even after being suspended, and allegedly defrauded at least nine clients. The tribunal found the conduct so serious it would be called theft by the public.
