FBI relaxes prostitution ban for applicants
The FBI will no longer automatically reject job applicants with past prostitution experience, though recent or repeated involvement disqualifies them.
The FBI has revised its hiring policy on applicants with prostitution experience. The bureau will no longer treat such experience as an automatic bar to employment. However, applicants dismissed during vetting will include those who engaged in prostitution within the last 10 years, more than twice overall, or while holding a position of trust such as public safety.
