The New Zealand company Zuru Tech has received planning approval for its first project using its building system to construct luxury homes in fire-damaged Malibu.
Zuru Tech has secured its first planning approval for a project using its building system to construct multimillion-dollar luxury homes. The company established entities to purchase fire-damaged properties along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu following last January's Palisades Fire that devastated parts of Los Angeles County.
