Winton faces trading suspension as chair and director resign
Listed property developer Winton may be suspended from trading after its chair and a director quit, unless it finds a replacement independent director by Monday.
Winton chair Steven Joyce and director Guy Fergusson have announced their resignations from the board, effective Monday, 31 August. If the company cannot find a new independent director by that date, it may face suspension from trading. The departures represent a significant loss of leadership at the listed property developer.
