A Waikato mother was sentenced after her two-year-old son was found to have 15 drugs in his system.

A toddler in the Waikato was found to have 15 drugs in his system, including methamphetamine, cocaine and ketamine. Hair sample testing by medical professionals detected the substances. The child's mother has been sentenced in connection with the case. Oranga Tamariki had brought the boy to hospital where the testing took place.
