A judge has found two former police officers not guilty of obstructing justice in an investigation that led to Alan Hall's wrongful murder conviction in the 1980s.
Two ex-police officers have been acquitted of perverting the course of justice in connection with an investigation that resulted in Alan Hall's wrongful conviction nearly 40 years ago. Hall was exonerated by the Supreme Court in 2022. Families of the two officers showed visible relief as the verdicts were delivered.
