T&G Global to sell fresh produce business in three transactions
T&G Global is selling its fresh produce arm through three separate deals while focusing on premium apples.
The NZX-listed company has confirmed it will divest its fresh produce business via three transactions. The move comes after discussions that began in late April with the Turner family, the original founders of the business. The company plans to concentrate on its premium apple operations following the sales.
