Ten arrested over Palmerston North courthouse brawl

Ten people have been charged following a July 16 brawl outside Palmerston North District Court that left one person critically injured.

A brawl occurred at the entrance of Palmerston North District Court on 16 July, resulting in one person being critically injured. Staff at the courthouse were required to physically intervene during the altercation. Police have now charged ten people in relation to the incident, with one man arrested initially and nine more subsequently.
