Sky TV chief executive Sophie Moloney has identified the shift from traditional Sky Box to internet-based viewing as one of the broadcaster's major challenges. She used her own mother as an example, noting that despite initial reluctance to leave the traditional box, the long-time customer eventually switched and found the newer internet platform easy to use and reliable.
