Simplicity has launched a wholesale fund as a new way for investors to participate in its build-to-rent residential projects. Simplicity Living, which currently operates nine residential build-to-rent projects in various stages of completion and development, is transitioning to offer wholesale investment opportunities alongside its existing KiwiSaver fund ownership.
