The Reserve Bank received nearly 6,000 responses to its Keeping Cash Local consultation after an extended deadline.
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand's Keeping Cash Local consultation closed on 31 July, having received almost 6,000 responses. The consultation period was extended by three and a half months from its original April deadline following strong industry pushback when it launched.
