The former Carrington Hospital in Mt Albert, Auckland, is in a state of disrepair with smashed and boarded windows, graffiti covering its brick exterior, and missing roof tiles. A protest group has stepped forward and offered to fundraise money to help pay for roof repairs to the heritage building.
