Property for Industry’s full-year profit falls to $77.7m as investment property gains don’t repeat
Property for Industry's statutory profit slid to $77.7 million in 2026, but net property income rose and the company hiked its dividend.
Property for Industry posted a lower full-year 2026 profit as it failed to repeat hefty fair-value gains on investment properties from the previous year. The company's statutory full-year profit after tax was $77.7 million, down from $106 million a year earlier. However, net property income increased to $120.8 million from $105.6 million. Despite the profit decline, the company raised its dividend.
