NZX-listed aged care operator Promisia Healthcare has agreed to buy Chatswood Retirement Village in Christchurch for $25 million.

Promisia Healthcare has entered a conditional agreement to acquire the shares of the two companies that own and operate Chatswood Retirement Village in Opawa, Christchurch. The aged care and retirement village operator, which is listed on the NZX, says the deal will immediately lift underlying earnings and operating free cash flow.
