A six-year-old boy who went missing from his Wiri home on Tuesday evening has been found safe and well.

Malakai, six, left his home in Wiri on Tuesday evening around 6pm following an argument with his family. Police launched an urgent search for the Pacific Island boy. He has since been found safe and well, having spent the night with people known to his family.
