Police have completed a full reinvestigation into the death of Southland toddler Lachlan Jones and submitted their findings to the coroner.
Police have handed over their reinvestigation file into the death of three-year-old Lachlan Jones to the coroner. The child's death was previously investigated twice and concluded to be a drowning. Police were directed to conduct a full and fresh investigation into the case.
