Two people have denied allegations that they filmed a New Plymouth councillor during a meeting to intimidate her.
A New Plymouth councillor interrupted a meeting last Thursday to ask someone to stop filming her from the public gallery. The person filming and an associate have denied that their actions were intended to intimidate the councillor.
