NZ First supporter gets Winston Peters tattoo ahead of election

A 24-year-old Auckland man has tattooed Winston Peters on his forearm as an expression of his support for the NZ First leader.

Jackson Fowler, a general manager at a manufacturing company, sports a forearm tattoo of Winston Peters and is actively campaigning for NZ First. Fowler cited the party's positions on energy costs, youth unemployment and national savings as key issues for him this election. He has shown the tattoo to Peters himself and plans to spend election night at the Duke of Marlborough in Russell, the party's campaign headquarters.
