NZ Build Group has been placed into liquidation after a High Court hearing before Associate Judge Helen Wild in Auckland. The operating business has been transferred to a new company backed by a Canadian investor. The liquidation order followed an application by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. The case had been previously adjourned due to a judicial conflict of interest.
