Man jailed for burglaries at Northland gliding club and nearby farms
David Neho was sentenced to almost four years in prison for breaking into a gliding club three times and stealing vehicles and equipment.
David Neho targeted a volunteer-run gliding club on three occasions in March, stealing two Toyota RAV4s and a tractor while causing major damage to five gliders stored in the hangar. He also raided farms around his Awarua home. The burglaries were driven by a drug habit and caused significant harm to the gliding club's operations.
