Inland Revenue seeks liquidation of NZ Build Group’s parent company
Inland Revenue has filed a High Court application to liquidate the company behind NZ Build Group, a construction business employing about 250 people that was placed into receivership on 1 July.
NZ Build Group, a construction business employing around 250 people, has been sold following a receivership process. The company behind the business now faces a High Court liquidation application from the commissioner of Inland Revenue. Owned by Clint Webber and led by Webber and director Jason Dobbie, it was placed into receivership on 1 July after secured creditor LF Services appointed receivers under a general security agreement.
