FIFA president Gianni Infantino went to a youth soccer event in the Caribbean on Friday, disregarding a request from Victor Montagliani, the Canadian president of CONCACAF, not to attend. Montagliani had asked Infantino to stay away to avoid distracting from the soccer games being held at the event.
