An iconic hot pools site north of Auckland has received approval for a major $58 million redevelopment, with construction beginning early 2027.

A hot pools venue on the Hibiscus Coast, 40 kilometres north of Auckland's CBD, has been given the green light for a $58 million rebuild. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2027. The newly rebuilt facility is expected to open by mid-2028.
