A Hamilton man who repaired a van for a childcare firm was convicted of deliberately torching it at Hamilton Gardens.
A Hamilton man spent months repairing a van that a childcare firm had charged him $2900 to fix. He then set fire to the vehicle at Hamilton Gardens. He initially denied involvement in the blaze twice, but his own CCTV system provided evidence that led to his conviction.
