A judge has questioned delays in investigating allegations against a GP who was banned from conducting remote consultations.
A doctor accused of being rude and insensitive towards patients has been granted the right to appeal after a judge questioned how long she has been waiting for an investigation to be completed. The GP was previously banned from conducting telehealth consultations as a result of the complaints against her.
