A 23-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a knife attack in Hamilton's Maeroa left four people injured.
Four people were injured in a knife attack in Hamilton's Maeroa on Saturday night. A 23-year-old man is in custody and has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated burglary, and two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. One of the injured remains in hospital in a stable condition. The man is due to appear in Hamilton District Court on Monday.
