Former High Court judge Geoff Venning retires after 30-year judicial career
After serving more than 30 years as a High Court judge, including time as chief judge, Geoffrey Venning has stepped down from the bench.
Geoffrey Venning has retired from his judicial role after more than three decades on the High Court. He began his judicial career in 1995 and also spent over 20 years on Court of Appeal panels and five years as chief High Court judge. Venning is now adjusting to life after the bench.
