Employment Relations Authority declines reinstatement bid in Auckland University dispute
The Employment Relations Authority has rejected a request for interim reinstatement by Dr Ni Ding against the University of Auckland's vice-chancellor.
Dr Ni Ding sought interim reinstatement through the Employment Relations Authority in a dispute with the University of Auckland's vice-chancellor. The application was declined. The matter arose from communication sent under what was described as suffocating pressure.
