The Employment Relations Authority has ruled that wholesale business BAZ wrongfully dismissed a marketing worker in March 2024. A sexual harassment claim did not succeed, but the Authority determined the dismissal itself was unjustified. The employer has been ordered to pay the worker $11,000.
