Counsellor disciplined for clicking fingers at client during session
A disciplinary decision has been made against a counsellor who clicked their fingers at a client during a relationship counselling session.
A woman complained about her experience at a relationship counselling session on 8 May 2024, where her counsellor clicked their fingers in her face. The behaviour was described as reminiscent of calling a dog. A disciplinary decision has now been issued in response to the complaint.
