Construction company director banned for seven years over mismanagement
A construction company director has been banned from managing a company for seven years following findings of mismanagement.
The Companies Registrar found that mismanagement contributed to the failure of Heivon Constructors, with the company continuing to trade while unpaid tax debt accumulated. A director has been issued a seven-year ban from managing a company as a result. The action is part of a series of director bans issued in recent months.
