Companies Office charges builder Samuel Blake and associates over failed firm
An Auckland builder and five others have been charged under the Companies Act following the collapse of construction company York Construction.
Samuel Blake faces multiple charges including being a director while banned, making false statements to a liquidator, and directing a phoenix company. His father, sister, former partner, and a friend have also been charged in connection with the failure of York Construction and related firm North West Cabins.
