Christchurch landlords ordered to pay $400 for broken water feature
A Christchurch Tenancy Tribunal has ordered landlords to compensate tenants for a non-functioning water feature outside their rental.
Tenants at a Christchurch rental property expected to enjoy the view of two water features visible from their windows. The landlords were unable to get one of the water features to work, leaving it dry. A Tenancy Tribunal ordered the landlords to pay $400 in compensation.
