The High Court has ordered six companies linked to the Rangiora-based Chance Voight investment group into liquidation after finding it insolvent and unsustainable.

Six firms associated with Chance Voight, a Rangiora investment company, have been placed into liquidation by the High Court. The court found the group was insolvent and operating an unsustainable business model. The scheme had raised more than $50 million from hundreds of investors. The Financial Markets Authority sought the liquidation after its investigation.
