A Central Otago Pinot Noir vineyard business has gone into liquidation owing hundreds of thousands of dollars, citing falling grape demand and shareholder disagreements.
Two companies operating a Central Otago vineyard have been placed into liquidation by shareholder resolution in July. The businesses went under following a drop in grape demand, lack of profitability and disagreements among shareholders. The companies owed around $1.35 million, mostly to related parties.
