Finance Minister Nicola Willis has appointed Byron Pepper as deputy chair of the Reserve Bank Board.
Byron Pepper has been appointed deputy chair of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Board by Finance Minister Nicola Willis. Pepper, who has served on the Board since 2022, will hold the position for a four-year term from July 20, 2026, until June 30, 2030.
