Bremworth makes Craig Woolford permanent CEO after failed Mohawk takeover
Carpet manufacturer Bremworth has appointed interim CEO Craig Woolford to the permanent role following the collapse of its proposed sale.
Bremworth has confirmed Craig Woolford as its permanent chief executive after the collapse of a takeover deal involving Mohawk Industries subsidiary this month. Woolford has been leading the company in an interim capacity since April 2025, when his predecessor Greg Smith stepped down. The board had extended his contract until July 31 while considering the company's direction and the proposed sale.
