ANZ and ASB raise home loan interest rates
Major banks are increasing fixed home loan rates as wholesale interest rates rise.
ANZ has lifted interest rates on fixed home loans, with rises in most cases larger than those made by Westpac. ANZ has also increased term deposit rates. ASB has similarly hiked home loan rates amid rising wholesale interest rates over the past month.
