Richie Mo’unga called up to All Blacks tour after Billy Proctor injury

All Blacks midfielder Billy Proctor suffered a tour-ending shoulder blade fracture, prompting the recall of first-five Richie Mo'unga to South Africa.

All Blacks centre Billy Proctor has been ruled out with a fractured shoulder blade sustained during the tour. The injury opened the door for the recall of experienced first-five Richie Mo'unga, who has travelled to South Africa as an injury replacement. Coach Dave Rennie indicated that Mo'unga would be available to push for selection in upcoming matches, including the first Test against the Springboks.
