Ebisu refreshes its menu at its downtown Auckland location

Japanese restaurant Ebisu in central Auckland has introduced new dishes alongside its longstanding offerings.

Ebisu, a 15-year-old Japanese restaurant in the Britomart precinct, has unveiled a refreshed menu featuring new items such as wagyu tartare tacos, scampi tempura and wagyu sirloin alongside its established sushi, sashimi and small plates. The restaurant, owned by Savor Group, operates as a lunch venue for the business district during weekdays and takes on a more relaxed evening atmosphere. The dining experience is characterised by high-quality ingredients, attentive service and a clean, pared-back interior design.
