Eight dead as Cyprus ferry sinks, 20 still missing

A passenger ferry sank off Cyprus on Sunday, killing at least eight people with dozens more unaccounted for.

The Filo Jet passenger ferry sank on Sunday afternoon off Cyprus. At least eight people died in the disaster, with 20 others still missing. Survivors have described the evacuation, including children in the water without life jackets. A submersible has joined search and rescue operations.
