Independent directors at used car retailer 2 Cheap Cars are recommending shareholders accept a takeover offer from Sena & Co.
Independent directors at 2 Cheap Cars have indicated they intend to accept a takeover offer from Sena & Co and are recommending other shareholders do the same. Sena & Co notified the company of its intention to make an offer under the Takeovers Code on 13 July.
