Zealandia raises $500m for infrastructure investment fund

Public-private partnership fund Zealandia has raised $500 million across two investment vehicles, with ACC and Milford Asset Management as cornerstone investors.

Zealandia, a public-private partnership fund, has successfully raised approximately $500 million for infrastructure investment across Fund I and Te Aka Haumi LP. Fund I, which targeted $450 million, secured the backing of cornerstone investors Accident Compensation Corporation and Milford Asset Management. The fund is designed for wholesale investors.
