Host Tom Webster, known from Grand Designs NZ, uses an EEG headset to track his brain activity while exploring different architectural spaces, investigating whether living in a well-designed coastal home can improve wellbeing. The show showcases award-winning properties designed to connect with their natural environments, from beachside estates to cliff-top homes. While the series offers a glimpse into exclusive properties most viewers will never afford, it ultimately reveals that proximity to nature, rather than luxury alone, is the key factor in making these homes remarkable.
