Investment firm Jarden is pursuing an Employment Court case against former executive Dan Reynolds, with both sides represented by senior counsel.
Jarden Management Ltd is taking legal action against former executive Dan Reynolds in the Employment Court. The case will be heard by Judge Kathryn Beck on Tuesday. Brian Dickey KC represents Jarden, while Philip Skelton KC represents Reynolds and others. The legal action follows Barrenjoey's hiring of Reynolds and approximately 10 other staff.
